Auto Service Advisor

If you have an outgoing, friendly personality and enjoy greeting customers in person and on the phone, you would be an excellent asset to McKeown Motor Sales of Springbrook. 
Acting as the dealership's first-line customer auto service advisor, you will be responsible for scheduling the service work required and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service we provide.

Requirements
•Friendly, outgoing personality
•Customer service skills (able to handle customers sensitively and professionally)
•Ability to understand the customers’ needs 
•Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
•Ability to multitask
•Computer experience
•Available to work some Saturdays

Responsibilities
•Greet each customer in a courteous manner
•Schedule appointments 
•Verify the customers’ information on file is correct (address, phone number, vehicle info. etc.)
•Get consent from customers before repairs (explain cost estimate and approximate time of completion)
•Explain the mechanical problems to the customer
•Ensure the customer is up-to-date with the progress of work being completed
•Review work performed, explain costs and answer any questions 
•Accurately complete sales transactions
•Regularly update your knowledge by partaking in training 
•Refer leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the auto sales department
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
•Other duties as necessary
